Shipping Policy
As of now, we ship within India through national courier service. Local pickups are welcome, at our Allahabad store for which please select the Store pickup option during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated directly on our website. We know how quickly you want your order to reach you and try hard to process orders and ship them the next working day, but may sometimes take 2-3 working days to process.
For large boxes, that are not heavy, most private courier companies charge based on Volume ( Volumetric Pricing ) . Therefore it is often more economical to send via IndiaPost ( which charges based on weight ).
That is why, we suggest that all RC plane kits, foamboard sheet packs and airfoils be shipped via IndiaPost Parcel service.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns. If however you have received a damaged/faulty item, that has not be damaged in transit or by use/assembly, you can make a warranty claim, following which, we shall be glad to send you a replacement.]]>
